The harvesting of lavender commenced at the beginiing of July at a hot a sunny weather. To process was suspended for 2 days due to unusual cold and wet weather and reinstated later on. 

The fresh lavender yield was less than expected, probably driven by the dry conditions in May. However factory yields were close to normal. 

The cold period during harvesting affected the quality with results below the regular ranges.
